Ananya Sen resides in California's Silicon Valley with her son and husband. Her experience as a senior Software Engineer and Product Manager in San Francisco's tech sectors, honed her strategic mindset. She holds a Master's in Computer Science from San Jose State University, where she embraced application-based learning. Raised in Durgapur, West Bengal, amidst diverse cultures, her passion for science stemmed from her parents' experiences at Visva-Bharati University in Shantiniketan, and stories from their PhD journeys. 

As an avid problem-solver and collaborator, Ananya eagerly supports the Sohojia Foundation's mission of merging practical science and cultural education, to uplift rural communities. 

She fosters STEAM education for her son too, to inspire creative scientific thinking. Ananya has actively engaged in community initiatives, including driving technical boot camps, organizing robotics projects, and involvement with a 'Women in AI' nonprofit group.

Samrat Ghosh is an accomplished software engineer residing in Fremont, California, with his two teenage sons, Rayan and Shreyan. Originally from Kalyani, West Bengal, Samrat's cultural heritage is deeply rooted in the vibrant traditions of his homeland, complemented by his wife Monalisa's ties to Asansol.  Samrat's dedication to community service extends beyond his professional endeavors. During his time in San Diego, he served as an active Executive Committee member of the Saikat Bengali Association, where he played a pivotal role in organizing meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining the association's online presence. His commitment to fostering inclusivity and unity within local communities reflects his passion for social impact and community building.
